Metal Forming Engineering

The Metal Forming Engineering is orientated on turn-key deliveries of rolling mill equipment and some equipment for hot pressing. In case of deliveries for hot rolling mills this engineering branch specializes mainly in components of heavy plate-four-high mills and heavy-section rolling mills. Other equipment, especially that upstream and downstream rolling stands are also focus of attention, e.g.  cooling beds, piling and despatching equipment for plates and profiles.

What we offer for hot rolling mills:

• Equipment in the area in front of reheating furnaces
• Equipment in the area behind the reheating furnaces
• Equipment of the rolling mill stand area
• Heavy plate and heavy-section mill finishing lines
• Hydraulic cylinders for plate mill Automated Gage Control (AGC) according to own know-how
• Hydraulic system for work roll bending to control plate profile and flatness

In case of hot pressing equipment, priority is given to the equipment for production of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) pressure cylinders based on own know-how,however, manufacture of major components of presses for open die and die forging and extrusion and piercing presses to Customer's design is in focus as well.
