Foundry with annual capacity of approximately 130 000 tons of final weight disposing of own pattern shop, moulding shop and cleaning shop All the castings are supplied according to the customer’s specification in roughly or finally machined condition and the following characteristics:

- maximum diameter 8000 mm
- maximum dimension 14000 x 6500 X 3800 MM

The castings are manufactured from carbon, medium-alloyed and highly alloyed steels in weight categories from 2000 to 170000 kg. The foundry disposes of own capacities for production of pattern devices that are in absolute majority of cases made of wood. Moulding is performed in the moulding frames of caissons using furan mixtures. Magmasoft and OPTI software applications are used for preparation of production technology and optimization of production process.
