Steel castings of complicated shapes of small-series nature up to 150 tons of net weight (in welded design of 330 tons).
Max. dimensions 14 000 mm x 6 500 mm x 3 800 mm, max. diameter 8 000 mm.
Solid wood, plywood, glued wood, polystyrene patterns, and patterns made of combination of materials.
Manual forming in caissons and furan mixture frames.
Pattern shop no.1 – HEAVY CASTINGS
Max. width of caisson is 9 m at a depth of 2.5 m

Pattern shop no.2 – CASTINGS up to 40 t
The deepest caisson has got 6 m for cylinder casting, other caissons with a max. depth of 3 m.
CLEANING SHOP
New cleaning shop .....3 800 m2 , 1 x crane 150/50 t, 1 x crane 50/20 t
Old cleaning shop .....4 113 m2, 1 x crane 12,5 t, 1 x crane 32 t

- Furnace no.4 in new cleaning shop (12 x 8 x 4 m, load-bearing capacity of 250 t )
- Furnaces in the old cleaning shop – no.1 up to the load-bearing capacity of 150 t, no. 2 – no.3 up to the load-bearing capacity of 50 t
