Five assembly halls are available in the NS 371 for assembled production, where tack welding, welding, painting and assembling operations are carried out. Hall dimensions are 20x100 meters. The sphere track mounted at the hall had 17 meters in diameter. Crane lifting capacities at individual halls range between 20 and 250 tons. A product of about 380 tons can be carried using a combination of two cranes. Height under hook is up to 20 meters. In the light of the above, product dimensions and weight can be adjusted. A workshop to produce pipelines of different pressure media, pressure tests (up to 500 bar), including clean oil purging, is also available. At the welding shop, we perform MAG, TIG, ROS welding, automated under APT (surfacing), welding into a tight space to a depth of 360 mm.
